Policies
In order to guarantee your best experience,
our packages require a minimum 7-day advance registration - some
exceptions are possible during the winter months. If you wish to book a
hotel room only or need assistance for a last-minute lodging reservation,
we suggest you contact the hotel directly.
The Create Your
Own Option allows you to choose venues not offered in standard
packages - these customized vacations require time and care to compile and
book for you. We believe in full-service customer care, so please be
patient when requesting information from this option. Depending on the
venues you choose it make a day or more to confirm availability for these
packages. General Policies:
Prices include lodging and sales tax.
Packages require a minimum of 7 days
advance notice.
For packages less than 7 days advance reservation, email
for pricing.
Due to reservation requirements and availability issues,
we cannot guarantee immediate response on packages with less than
7-day advance notice; please allow at least 24 hours for response on these last-minute packages.
Please note that prices on this website are
subject to change and are more current than the reservation
system may reflect.
For packages including Bronco Billy's
Steakhouse:

Please provide your preferred dining time and
whether you prefer smoking or non-smoking venues

We may not be able to guarantee reservations
that are not made at least 7 days in advance of arrival date.

Dinners include entree, coffee, soda, tea;
alcoholic beverages, appetizers and dessert are additional.

We can only make reservations from Thursday
through Sunday after noon each day as that is when the restaurant is open.

Smoking policy: All guests
must provide a credit card. Anyone who smokes in a nonsmoking room will be
charged a minimum of $200 as allowed by Colorado State Law and a minimum
of a $50 per room cleaning fee.

Anyone who houses a pet in a
non pet room will be charged $10 plus tax per night plus a minimum $50 per
room cleaning fee.
