require full payment at time of purchase.
A full breakfast is
served between 8 and 9 am, a continental breakfast is
available after that time. If you have any dietary restrictions,
please call Carr Manor at 719 689-3709 to alert them of your needs.
Normal registration time is
from 4pm to 8pm. Please notify Carr Manor if you will be arriving
later than 8pm,
so that they may make special arrangements. The front door is locked
between 8 and 9pm.
Check out time is 11am.
Carr Manor is a NONSMOKING FACILITY. Guests who do smoke, must do so
outside the building. There is a $500.00 per day charge for those
guests who smoke anywhere in the building. Although the entire cost of
your stay has been paid for, you will be required to provide your
credit card at Carr Manor at the time of check in.
No pets are allowed in the building.
Also, we can not accommodate children under the age of 12. Each room
is
double occupancy only (maximum of 2 guests per room), no exceptions.
Cancellations
made 14 days or more prior to arrival are refunded less a $25
processing fee per room.
Cancellations
made less than 14 days prior to arrival are Non-Refundable.
"No Shows"
and/or early departures
are
Non-Refundable.
We recommend
that our customers secure travel insurance to cover unexpected
cancellation costs.
